Senior SAAS Account Executive

£60-£70K + OTE £120k (Uncapped) + Great benefits

This is a real opportunity with a fast-growing start-up that is about to take-off! This highly collaborative team goes all out in seeking to improve alignment between people and the organisations they work in. They need a Senior SAAS Account Executive who will take 360° ownership of the sales cycle from hunting to closing, someone wanting to progress rapidly and to further build and lead major aspects of the Sales function. The opportunity

As an early member of the Sales team, you’ll make the role your own with responsibilities from day 1. Your ideas will be heard and good ideas are always promoted wherever they come from, and new things are implemented quickly, so your voice will absolutely be heard. You'll also get ownership of the Sales cycle from hunting to closing. Most importantly, if you learn fast, you’ll grow rapidly.

  • Prospect and drive new business: build and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Give demos: skilfully and confidently present our range of services to senior people
  • Take a solutions approach: get under the skin of problems—spot nuance, ask great questions and take a consultative approach to align the prospect's needs
  • Drive revenue: recognise when the product is  the right fit, carefully nurture leads and be tenacious to close the deal
  • Collaborate with Marketing: work cross-functionally to drive new business and nurture leads
  • Become or continue to develop as an industry expert and all things related to this solution

  • Min. of 6 months 360° sales experience (hunting to closing) in a B2B environment where you demonstrated excellence
  • Ideally, you're hungry to grow and develop into a senior Sales position with the capability to build and lead a team
  • Ideally, you've been selling a SaaS product
  • Ideally, you’ve worked in the L&D/HR space! If you haven’t, you have a demonstrable interest in the problems this organisation is solving
