To help them continue along their highly successful path, they are now seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager or depending on experience a Head of Marketing to run their marketing function - It’s an instrumental role for someone with experience in the digital learning sector. Working as part of the senior management team you will be supporting the business as it continues to expand rapidly. It’s an amazing opportunity to take the reins in delivering impactful marketing activities across this business both here in the UK and internationally.
With the support of a Marketing Executive, you will drive and implement a marketing strategy working across the business to advise on and importantly, to deliver across the entire marketing mix.
You will be responsible for:
- Online and offline events, including exhibitions, webinars and seminars
- All the group’s websites
- Social media accounts and content
- Outbound marketing campaigns
- Data analytics and management reporting
- Production of marketing collateral for sales
- Brand ownership
- Additional duties as and when required
About you:
- You’ll fit right in if you have both strategic mind and creative flair to deliver to the highest standards. You’ll enjoy the challenge of working on multiple projects and events across a wide stakeholder group
- You’ll have experience of working in a creative sector, running a marketing function, but importantly be able to demonstrate your success in delivering marketing activities, including event planning, blog writing and hosting webinars – showcasing your creative and engaging delivery
- You’ll know the learning and development industry – A passion for technology and digital services, making it your business to know everything there is to know about the industry
- You aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo and look for new and improved ways of working, with the mindset to challenge, drive and deliver value adding activities
- You’ll have strong communication with the ability to collaborate across the organisation's teams and industry
- You’ll ideally have prior people management experience, working with a Marketing Executive.
