Learning Technologist - Customer Success Executive

£25K + commission + bonus


This is a small organisation with a big reach. They are a friendly team that always strives to go above and beyond to support their customers and they love leaving room for some fun too!  Working with many organisations, they offer eLearning, a Learning Management System (LMS), and virtual and face to face events. 

The exciting opportunity of joining their expanding team has become available and they are looking for a full time proactive Account Manager/Customer Success Manager, to help provide brilliant customer service and support.


What the job entails: 


You’ll be working with Learning & Development and HR contacts from many organisations to support them with their online learning platform. This will include: 

Liaising with members and technical team to build their personalised LMS 

Training members on the LMS system and supporting them with a successful launch 

Being proactive and arranging regular account calls, consulting them on best practices to engage their learners and encouraging the use of products

Listening to customers and understanding their organisational requirements and how you can help them

Being on hand to support with any technical issues and quickly resolving them 

Attending virtual (and soon to be face to face) members meetings and conferences every quarter, getting stuck into the workshops and sessions, and building relationships


You will have:


● Excellent customer service 

● A prooactive approach

● Great people skills 

● Ability to self-manage tasks and workload 

● Ability to quickly pick up new technology and have no fear of trying new things 


Desired Skills 

● Experience with Moodle or similar Learning Management Systems 

● Interest and/or exposure to HR, L&D and online learning
