Learning Management Systems Assistant

They now have a wonderful opportunity for a passionate Learning Management System specialist with a strong understanding of Learning Management Systems, to join their learning technologies team.
 

You will:


• Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver an outstanding user experience 
• Develop excellent product knowledge on the system capabilities to support the continuous implementation and adoption of existing and new functionality
• Monitor the LMS inbox, resolving queries, troubleshooting issues and responding promptly to requests
• Maintain user accounts, roles and permissions, notifications and audiences
• Support the global L&D team to deliver change requests
• Provide support to manage Learning Paths, Course and Class administration in accordance to best practice
• Assist with and carry out training for new and existing system administrators globally.
• Take specific responsibility to provide operational support to the London region
• Work closely with System Administrators to drive forward the automation and standardisation of processes
• Create and maintain views and reports, and scheduling of reports 
• Support the growth and development of global administrators to build their own reports with their local L&D administrators/teams
 

You will have:


• Analytical curiosity about how systems operate and how to get the best out of them
• An IT background - ideally an understanding of basic IT concepts and system infrastructures
• Experience of troubleshooting user issues associated with the LMS
• An interest in data analytics and experience of creating reports
• Strong Microsoft office skills which are likely to include expert level in Excel
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment delivering outstanding customer service
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude - able to quickly develop strong relationships with empathy
• Confidence and resilience
• The ability to work in diverse teams
• Passion for learning technologies systems
