This globally based team works in over 50 countries and understands how to adapt programmes to make them work within different cultural contexts. The organisation most often deploys training across multiple countries within clients, frequently working on global initiatives.
A newly created role now exists for a learning content developer to join the close-knit experience team. In this role you will support and enhance core learning programmes and play an instrumental role in delivering the next phase of growth. You will be directly involved in the creation and tailoring of learning content to meet specific client needs, bringing your experience and knowledge of instructional design and user experience to the table, along with a creative eye for good design. Reporting to the Experience Director, you will support an ambitious product roadmap driving an initial focus on the development of modular learning experiences delivered through facilitated virtual and in-person workshops.In the next phase of the product plan, focus will shift to development of asynchronous, e-learning experiences to further enhance the modular, blended learning experiences offered to clients. Experience of writing exceptional copy for both written materials and facilitated workshops with clear messaging is crucial.

You will:
- Carry out the learning design of modular live learning experiences, working in collaboration with the Experience Director to design and develop live interactive learning experiences that support the learning outcomes agreed with clients
- Write copy for learning content and all elements of participant communication
- Contribute to the design of learning journeys for core content
- Design and develop asynchronous learning experiences
- Project manage the development of initiatives, including communication with Event team and Sales team
- Contribute to the development of the Product Roadmap to define future strategy
- Support facilitator briefings and ongoing quality development
- Complete documentation to support content management approach
- Use rapid authoring tools (Articulate Storyline) to design instructional content and delivery methods that connect and deliver engaging online learning content
- Take part in ongoing testing of the learning experience to identify areas of the learning experience to improve, and then drive those improvements
- Ensure course feedback and data insights are implemented in content development and new course rollouts
- Support the client team/directors to define bespoke learning needs and outcomes, set scope of work and define deliverables according to client needs
- Estimate time and resources required to deliver scope of work to support the creation of investment and lead times for client proposals and resource scheduling
- Manage scheduling of development work to set and deliver against client deadlines
- Work with Client Support Team to engage and communicate with clients
- Prepare/create materials for client calls/meetings and pitches as required
- Attend (virtual) scoping client meetings as needed
You will have:
- Full proficiency in the Articulate Suite, especially Articulate Storyline and Advanced MS Office
- Experience in graphic design – a strong eye for creative design/branding is essential
- At least 2-3 years Instructional design/content development experience
- Experience of managing multiple projects and initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring that key stakeholders are engaged and consulted
- Experience of managing the administration of an LMS would be desirable
- Strong writing skills and verbal communication and presentation skills
- A passion for creating high-quality online courses and learning experiences
- A pro-active, engaging approach being a team player with a confident ‘can do’ approach
