Digital Learning Project Coordinator

£25,000-£30,000 Basic salary
An award winning digital learning agency is looking for a forward looking, highly organised and talented digital learning project/resourcing coordinator who can grow to be a strategic part of the management team.
Working as part of the project delivery and operations team, you’ll have an integral role in ensuring digital learning projects are adequately resourced and can run to time and budget. You’ll also have the challenge of improving processes, finding solutions to make them efficient and reporting on risks. As a core member of the operations team you’ll be able to shape and develop this organisation’s strategy from concept to delivery.
You will need to be a people centred person, with a good sense of humour and the ability to be calm under pressure and able to highlight risks and opportunities using forward planning skills, and by being agile and intuitive. You will be creative, focused, driven and have a fundamental belief in quality. In return, you will be an integral part of the team, working in an exciting and dynamic environment supporting the learning of FTSE 250 companies.
You will:
- Set up new projects within internal systems and allocate people resources to the projects together with agreeing budgets for the project
- Produce project plans based on allocation of resources and mapping out planned releases internally and externally
- Proactively support the project leads to achieve project milestone dates and budget by utilising various internal controls
- Liaise with London based and offshore teams
- Always having a finger on the pulse in terms of live projects and future planning and maintaining a live “current state”
- Look at ways to streamline project processes create efficiencies and achieve budget
- Prepare reports for the senior management team, as required and liaise with finance in relation to achieving invoicing milestones
- Be able to proactively foresee risks and raise them internally in relation to projects with suggested solutions
- Ensure that all project processes are followed by team members
You will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A background in organising people, budgets and designing reports
- Commercial acumen and experience of working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage competing priorities in a creative and mature way
- Self-motivation with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A people centric approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Previous operational expertise in a technology environment desirable
