Leading a small digital learning team - social enterprise opportunity

Location -  Ideally based within an hour of London for once a week, or possibly twice a month, access to the office.

 We are recruiting a Digital Learning Lead to play an essential role in a mid-sized not-for-profit social enterprise. You will lead and manage a team of three developing digital content for a new leadership programme and by doing so, make a significant contribution to social change for a vulnerable audience. Your role will span multiple work-streams, taking a lead role on advising best practice for new learning platforms, creating content, working with subject matter experts and much more. One of the pivotal parts of this role is managing the project lifecycle of all these streams, communicating progress and being a mentor to develop and further your direct reports.

This is an exciting new phase of work for the organisation with a lot that needs to be achieved in the first year of the programme. This role is essential in its success.
