Due to continued success, their learning technology team is growing and needs to find a talented Customer Success Manager to join them on their exciting journey as they continue their expansion plans.
Joining the team as an experienced learning technology specialist, you will be a passionate, self-motivated, customer-focused professional who cares deeply about the use of new learning technologies to drive and enhance performance for your blue-chip customers.
With instant credibility and superb interpersonal skills you’ll develop key relationships with your customers, understanding their objectives, KPIs, and strengths and opportunities, supporting them through their journey.
With your great technology vision and having experience of rolling out and embedding platform solutions and new technologies for organisations, you will be instrumental in delivering the smooth implementation of learning projects for your customers. A fantastic opportunity awaits..
You will have:
- Strong experience working within an L&D consulting/ Customer Success management role
- A solid background in the design, development and implementation of learning solutions, (ideally for external clients)
- Mobile Learning Platform experience and a high level understanding of LMS/LXP systems required to host, deliver and manage digital learning content.
- An opportunity every day to be working as a true partner with customers in making technical recommendations, you will have strong experience in one or more corporate learning management systems
- Ability to quickly take on knowledge about customers portfolio of solutions, capabilities, implementation best practices and deployment approach
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation, including at executive and C-level
- Ability to navigate and advise on complex customer requests or projects involving multiple parties and enterprise systems
- The passion to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand, dynamic and global work environment
