Admissions Sales Manager

Milton Keynes office 3 days per week and 2 days remote (after initial 2-week office-based training period)

We are looking for an outstanding, people oriented, top performing sales-professional with a great work ethic and above all, a hunger to close the next sale… You will be joining an agile and dynamic educational organisation that is planning to grow by more than 50% this year.

You will be responsible for managing a team of sales consultants who are fed an unending supply of leads by the effective marketing team. It is expected that this role may develop into a Sales Director position over time and appropriate training and development will be provided throughout that time to enable you to reach this.

In this role, you will initially learn everything about the organisation’s products, clients and services by working as an admissions consultant. You will answer inbound phone enquiries (no cold calling) and follow them up to convert them into paying clients.  You will then:
