Account Manager - Digital learning

You’ll identify new opportunities with exciting brands, build relationships virtually and face to face across the globe, investigate new channels to market and work with amazing learning designers to make sure they design the perfect learning solution every time.
You’ll consult with your clients and collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling bid responses subsequently meeting your business goals and targets. You’ll become the go to person for your clients and their colleagues, maximising future business there through effective account management.

Responsibilities:


● Working with key stakeholders to create and implement new business campaigns in line with sales strategy.

● Understanding the needs of your accounts and devising a compelling programme of activity to support their business objectives.

● Proactively find and pursue new leads, opportunities and routes to market.

● Manage the complete sales cycle and provide accurate weekly forecasts.

● Collaborate with internal teams to understand the client and design the most appropriate and innovative digital learning solution.

● Write informative proposals and lead client pitches.

● Oversee contracting and negotiation with clients.

● Achieve personal new business sales targets in line with company objectives.

● Establish deep/broad relationships with new and existing clients to aid handover to the accounts team.


You will have:


● Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital learning strategy.

● Advanced new business and account management skills.

● Excellent listening skills with concise and accurate needs analysis expertise.

● The ability to think strategically with a natural focus around results.

● A record of consistently achieving business objectives and KPIs.

● Determination to succeed and a high, consistent level of accuracy.

● Strong written and numerical skills with excellent time management skills.

● Experience writing proposals and managing tenders for multiple clients.
