It's hard to do this role justice!  It is a brilliant opportunity for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join a fast-growing start-up that is about to take-off! This team really does have its finger on the pulse in improving alignment between people and the organisations they work in. They've built a unique learning platform that helps their global customers drive learning, connectivity, and performance in their people in one place.

The opportunity

As an early member of the Sales team, you’ll make the role your own with responsibilities from day 1. Your ideas will be heard and good ideas are always promoted wherever they come from, and new things are implemented quickly, so your voice will absolutely be heard. You'll also get ownership of the Sales cycle from hunting to closing. Most importantly, if you learn fast, you’ll grow rapidly!

 You will:

  • Drive revenue:understand the solution and recognise when the product is the right fit
  • Have a solutions approach: get under the skin of problems—spot nuance, ask great questions and take a consultative approach to align and communicate
  • Give demos: Skilfully present the range of services to senior people
  • Prospect and drive new business: build and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Close opportunities and/or know when to ask for help to get a deal over the line
  • Work cross-functionally to drive new business and deliver ROI for customers
  • Become an expert in industry trends and this learning platform

You will have:

  • Two to three years of target-driven sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with prospecting, cold calling or equivalent to developing a pipeline
  • Outstanding communication skills with a naturally consultative style
  • Hunger to learn, grow and develop a career in Sales
  • Ideally experience working in the L&D/HR space
